Superyachts up to 80 meter are usually equipped with polyester mooring lines. Our M-ropes Polyester mooring lines are available from stock and have great stretch and longevity. Due to the HT high performance polyester yarns in the cover there is verly little abrasion making the rope last a long time.<\/p>\n

Polyester is perfect for use in mooring lines; it’s high quality and fulfills all the needs and provides a great protection for your boat. 90% of the superyacht mooring lines are made out of polyester.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div>

DYNEEMA \/ HMPE MOORING LINES<\/h3>\t\t\t

Since superyachts are becoming larger, there is more need for easy to handle mooring lines. Dyneema and HMPE is a great material; very strong and very light. Therefore the diameter can be reduced dramatically making handling and storage on board very easy.<\/p>\n

Typically superyachts of 80mtr and above choose for Dyneema or HMPE mooring lines combined with a stretcher to absorb shock loads.
