POLYESTER MOORING LINES.

Superyachts up to 80 meter are usually equipped with polyester mooring lines. Our M-ropes Polyester mooring lines are available from stock and have great stretch and longevity. Due to the HT high performance polyester yarns in the cover there is verly little abrasion making the rope last a long time.

Polyester is perfect for use in mooring lines; it’s high quality and fulfills all the needs and provides a great protection for your boat. 90% of the superyacht mooring lines are made out of polyester.

DYNEEMA / HMPE MOORING LINES

Since superyachts are becoming larger, there is more need for easy to handle mooring lines. Dyneema and HMPE is a great material; very strong and very light. Therefore the diameter can be reduced dramatically making handling and storage on board very easy.

Typically superyachts of 80mtr and above choose for Dyneema or HMPE mooring lines combined with a stretcher to absorb shock loads.
To expand the lifetime of the rope we also supply sacrificial loops.

NEW: HMPE FLEX

Our newly designed HMPE Flex combines the benefits of the Dyneema/HMPE lines with the flexibility of the Polyester lines.
The HMPE core is light and super strong making it possible to go down in diameter. The high grade polyester cover is abrasion resistant and has a great grip on the bollards.
A new redesigned construction makes this line even easier to handle and store!

The delivery was excellent and fast, communication was easy, and your advice—tailored to the vessel’s specifications—was spot on. The lines were custom made and supplied with the proper certificates, which we greatly appreciated.
